You have dirt, or you need it. I find the other half, confirm it is real, and line up the owner, the loader, the hauler, and the dates. You pay the hauler directly. You pay me only after the first load lands.
What it costs
under 100 yards
$99
100 to 500 yards
$249
over 500 yards
$499
A typical 350-yard fill job costs $3,000 to $5,000 to buy before delivery. Free dirt plus a $249 fee is a rounding error.
What I do
1You tell me what you have or need.
2I call you, usually within a day, and confirm what the material is, how many loads, truck access, who loads, and dates.
3I find the other side and a hauler, and the hauler quotes you directly.
4Both sides confirm a one-page match sheet.
5Dirt moves, and after the first load lands I send the invoice.
What I am not
I never mark up trucking because I never price it.
Your money for hauling and loading goes to the people doing the work, never through me.
If no dirt moves, you owe nothing.
If I have not matched you in 14 days, you owe nothing.
